Valuation Of Various Securities. |
We shall arrange for the
valuation report of the government valuers,we
shall arrange to find out the land revenue
report,we shall arrange property guidelines
of district registrar office as per
the state governments notification,To
find out marketable rates from concerned
locality,from brokers as well as by
issuing advertisement and personal contacts. |

recoverd amount. |

Sale of Acquired Assets
Through Auction or Direct Public Sale. |
We shall arrange to fetch
maximum no. of customer by advertisement,
personal contact, brokers, making minor
repairs to the property so that it is
marketable, arranging spot camps and
in whole to see that the best value
of the property is fetched on the property
under auction. |

property or the recovered amount. Minor
repairs shall be charged extra at actuals. |
